next generation sulfuric acid technology

Modular, ultra-low-emission plants that deploy fast and operate more efficiently.

The market gap

Sulfuric acid is the world's highest-volume chemical, with more than 300 million tons made every year. Yet the core technology has changed little since the 1920s, and the few established providers focus on large plants. Producers who need 50 to 500 tons per day are left with few options and limited support. Recalibrate was built for them.

Why Recalibrate

LowerEmissions

LOW EMISSIONS BY DESIGN

Our process is built to minimize SO₂ and NOx without complex back-end add-ons.

Faster_Operations

FASTER TO OPERATION.

Early regulatory alignment and modular execution can put a plant into operation 10 to 12 months sooner than a traditional project.

Scalable

RIGHT-SIZED AND SCALABLE.

Build the capacity you need today, then add lines as demand grows.

Who WE ARE

Recalibrate was founded in 2023 and is headquartered in Doraville, Georgia. We are part of Applied Catalysts + Technologies (AC+T) a venture studio, which grew from Applied Ceramics a family-owned industrial group whose roots go back to 1967, with deep experience in catalyst and ceramics manufacturing.

Because sometimes the best way to move forward
is to recalibrate.

Tell us about your acid needs and we'll show you what a modern plant could look like.
